Solution 1: Force Restart Your iPhone

You should first force restart your iPhone to fix your iPhone suddenly turned off.

To force restart your iPhone 6s or earlier, you need to press and hold the Home key + Power key unless you see the Apple logo on the screen.

If you have iPhone 7 then press and hold the Power button (on the right-hand side of your iPhone) and Volume Down key unless the Apple logo appears on the screen.

And if you have iPhone 8 or above then quickly press and release Volume Up and Volume Down key and Power key for a few seconds unless you see the Apple logo on the iPhone’s screen.

Solution 2: Turn Off Background Processes

The background processes do a lot of work like updating the weather, checking new emails, and more so that when you open any app then you will get the latest update. This process drains lots of battery on your device and even not every user look at those update regularly. So, in this case, you need to turn it off in order to fix the issue.

Disabling the background process makes your phone’s battery last longer but one thing you need to face is you need to wait for a few seconds to get the latest update of app each time you open it.

Now, to disable background processes, go to Settings > General. Then hit on Background App Refresh and again tap on it and choose off.

Solution 3: Turn On Low Power Mode

If the battery of your phone is not lasting for long time then you can turn on low power mode. Your iPhone will provide this option automatically when your phone reaches 20% battery (and then on 10% if you haven’t enabled it). But you can turn on it manually anytime, at whatever percentage of your phone’s battery.

The battery health gives you 2 information, one is maximum charging capacity of your battery and another is to tell you how your device’s battery strength is affecting your device performance.

iPhone is designed in a way that if the temperature goes above 95 degrees then it automatically shutdown. It happens when you keep your iPhone in direct sunlight or near a heat source or in a locked car.
